Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as a carrier of complaints to their respective offices across Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as a complementary channel between citizens and the government.
In order to ensure expeditious disposal of citizens' complaints, weekly review meetings of all Heads of Department are held to monitor that no delay is being experienced in disposal of complaints which have to be addressed in minimum response. Strict action is taken against officers who fail to dispose of complaint in an efficient manner.
